Madonna Happy She Has Her Work Or She'd Have "Nothing To Do"
Madonna's marital breakup is tough, but she says she's grateful that her heavy workload "provides a distraction that keeps me going."
"I'm sad about my personal life, but I feel very blessed and very lucky that I have the opportunity to do what I do in my professional life," Madonna told The Associated Press in an interview Sunday. "It would be horrible if I was just thinking about getting a divorce and had nothing to do."

Okay, she says she worried about having NOTHING to do...excuse me, but she has 3 kids under the age of 11!!!! Seriously..?? Nothing to do..???!!!
Scenes From Twilight--The Weekend's Record-Breaking Movie
Travis Barker Files Lawsuit Over Plane Crash
Travis Barker is looking for justice.
In his first postcrash TV news interview, the musician tells E! News exclusively why he decided to file a lawsuit over the plane crash that killed four people and left Barker and DJ AM badly burned.
"I wouldn't have been in the state I was in if I wasn't in the crash," said Barker, who spoke Sunday while at the Miss California USA event with Shanna Moakler. "I wouldn't have third-degree burns all over my body or be prohibited to do certain things. I can't go swimming. I can't do some of the things that normal people can do. I didn't ask for that to happen."
DJ AM, who is also continuing his recovery from the Sept. 19 incident, is not part of the lawsuit. Said Barker: "I can't speak for him—I think everyone just has different attorneys." The two are currently rehearsing for a New Year's Eve gig at the Paramount lot in Hollywood.
The drummer says he doesn't know if he'll win his lawsuit.
"I don't know. I just think positive. I mean, I think so—if something goes wrong that's not supposed to go wrong or you fall victim of it, I think you should be compensated."
He says he's not just speaking for himself, either. "I lost two friends in the accident. Nothing can bring them back or what I lost in the accident."

Survivor is Down to Seven
And the third member of the Survivor: Gabon jury is Randy, whose sound strategy was squashed by a bit of resin and a few beads. "Being voted out by these bozos is probably one of the best accolades anyone could get," the cantankerous castoff said afterward. "To hell with these freakin' people. I hope Corinne does well if she's not in on today's plot...Most of the others, with the exception of Matty, I hope they get hit by a green mamba [snake]."
Andrew and Dan Finish Last on the Amazing Race
Ultimately, Toni and Dallas landed in first, and won a romantic trip for two to the Dominican Republic. Ken and Tina, who are getting along better, came in second. Nick and Starr came in third, but when the frat guys arrived, the sun was starting to go down.
But though the frat guys came in last, it was a non-elimination round, which is good, because they're not so win and succeed based; they're more lose-but-stay-in-on-a-technicality based. But as Andrew said, "People like seeing the underdogs win."

David Spade and Nicolette Sheridan?
Interesting, yet also very icky....
Even though Nicolette Sheridan and David Spade have yet to verbally confirm that they're a couple, the pair let their body language do the talking on Friday night.
The Desperate Housewives star was celebrating her 45th birthday at new L.A. hot spot Luau in Beverly Hills — the same place they were spotted together a few weeks ago at the grand opening — and onlookers tell OK!, "Nicolette and David were full-on making out!"

DANCING WITH THE STARS TOP 3 POWER RANKINGS
BROOKE BURKE and Derek Hough"Brooke has been consistanly better than all the others all season… and she has one bad dance and everyone is throwing her under the bus."
WARREN SAPP and Kym JohnsonWarren's casino-themed jitterbug was technically a little iffy, but, as usual, the judges loved him. The self-described "Fat Boy" has his work cut out for him; charm alone won't make him a winner; he only earned 13 percent of the vote in our rankings.
LANCE BASS and Lacey SchwimmerLance delivered two solid dances this week – one while wearing only one shoe. Despite sitting atop the leaderboard for the first time ever and with Cody out of the running, he still only earns 37 percent of the vote, which is only good enough for second place
