Britney Spears Moving Into $8.9 Million House

New year, new digs!

Britney Spears is in the process of moving into her sprawling new Calabasas home.

"I just took my babies to our new home, and they loved it!" Spears wrote on her Twitter account. "I can't wait to move in."

The pop star -- who is mom to Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2 -- was spotted unloading items such as the boys' electric cars onto the property.

The Prado De Los Suenos house in The Oaks community in Calabasas is priced at $8.9 million, a reduction on its original fee, according to a real estate source.

The pop star's six-bedroom, six-bathroom Studio City, Calif. home is currently on the market for $7.195 million. (It was originally priced at $7.9 million, but because the house has been on the market since September with no offers, the source says they lowered the price by $7000.)

The gated, Italian Renaissance-inspired villa has about 7,500 square feet and features a wet bar, a library, a den, high ceilings and stone and mosaic tile floors.

The master bedroom has a fireplace and a loggia.

The pad also comes complete with a pool, spa, arbor and three garages.

Beyonce, Jamie Foxx, Bono and More Ready to Rock For Obama

An all-star cast of entertainers has been announced to put on a pre-inauguration concert at the Lincoln Memorial on Sunday.

New York's Daily News reports that the "We Are One" concert will include performances by; Beyonce, Sheryl Crow, Garth Brooks, Bono, Usher, Shakira, John Mellencamp, Stevie Wonder, Mary J. Blige, James Taylor, Bruce Springsteen, will.i.am and even Barack Obama!

In addition to the music, actors Denzel Washington, Jamie Foxx, and Queen Latifah will join Martin Luther King 3rd in reading historical passages at the event, the Daily News says.

The concert will be broadcast Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. on HBO.

Twilight's Taylor Lautner Packs on 26 Lbs., Nears Weight Goal

Taylor Lautner has almost reached his goal of gaining 29 lbs. for the Twilight sequel, New Moon.

"I've been working hard for eight or nine months, and I've put on about 26 pounds of muscle," he told said Saturday at the Access Hollywood Golden Globes gifting suite in West Hollywood.

"I'm literally in the gym every single day for at least two hours a day," added the actor, 16.

"It's hard work," he said. "My motivation is basically my passion for the character of Jacob and the series. I want the fans to be proud of the movie, so I have to live up to Jacob."

Besides hitting the gym, "I'm trying to eat as much as possible," he said. "Basically I'm supposed to eat everything I can and try to keep it lean. Lean meats and veggies."

It was announced earlier this month that Lautner will return following weeks of questions about whether he could effectively portray his werewolf character (who grows a foot taller and looks 25 years old in the sequel). Most fans overwhelmingly wanted Lautner back.

Lautner said the support of Twilight has been "crazy."

"It's blown up into something we had no idea," he said, "so it's really exciting. I'm so thrilled to be a part of something like this."

New Moon begins shooting later this year.

Arnold Will Be Back? Our Terminator Salvation Spoilerfest

It's a safe bet Arnold Schwarzenegger hasn't said hasta la vista to Hollywood yet.

While McG refused to confirm the news at a press gaggle in New York Monday to hype his upcoming Terminator Salvation, the helmer all but invited speculation that the Governator will be back for one more go-round as the titular cyborg. At least in cameo form.

Asked by producer Dan Lin about what surprises are in store for moviegoers, McG said with a wink and a nod: "I can't talk about it. I can't talk about the governor of California."

Idolic Couple No More: David & Kimberly Split

David Cook couldn't stand the heat, and Kimberly Caldwell got out of the kitchen.

The match made in American Idol heaven is kaput.

"Kimberly and David ended their relationship just before the holidays," Caldwell's rep said.

"The couple remain good friends and, being very private people, appreciate their privacy at this time."

The pair began dating last May after season-seven winner Cook, 26, asked out season-two castoff Caldwell, 26, while she was covering the Idol finale red carpet for the TV Guide channel. The couple was seen together a few weeks later at a Dodgers game.

The "Time of My Life" crooner recently announced a national tour kicking off next month, while the blond bombshell is slated to host a talent competition for MTV.

Dispute Settled Over Marilyn Monroe's Last Nude Photos

An agreement has been reached in a legal battle over seven nude and seminude photos taken during Marilyn Monroe's "Last Sitting."

The pictures were from about 2,500 shots taken by fashion and celebrity photographer Bert Stern, 78, at the Bel Air Hotel in Los Angeles for Vogue magazine in 1962, just before Monroe's drug overdose, the Associated Press reports.

The photos -- showing the iconic Hollywood starlet in various erotic poses behind a piece of transparent, white gauzy fabric -- were recreated by Stern last year with actress Lindsay Lohan.

Stern sued three individuals for $1.7 million last year after they told him they had found seven film transparencies of the shoot. On Monday, lawyers for Stern and photographers Donald Penny and Michael Weiss announced a settlement between the parties was reached "amicably."

Penny and Weiss have said that a colleague turned the transparencies over after finding them in garbage in Manhattan in the 1970s. They approached Stern last year to strike a deal over returning them, but he refused because he believed the originals in question had been stolen. In addition to their settlement, both sides revealed they will jointly produce and sell nine sets of photos from the transparencies.

Patrick Swayze's Mom: Son is 'Upbeat' in Hospital

Patrick Swayze is "doing fine" after being hospitalized last week for pneumonia, according to his mother, Patsy.

"He sounds really upbeat and positive," his mom says. Patsy also notes, "He hasn't even been there a week! We don't talk about illness when I talk to him."

Patrick has continued working vigorously on his A&E show "The Beast" while undergoing treatment for pancreatic cancer that was diagnosed in early 2007.

The actor recently opened up about his year-long cancer battle in an interview with ABC News' Barbara Walters, saying the fight has not been easy. "There's a lot of stuff going on. Yeah I'm scared. Yeah I'm angry. Yeah I'm [asking] why me. Yeah, I'm all this stuff," he tells Walters. But despite those concerns swirling through his mind, Swayze says his first reaction after his diagnosis was: "Watch me! You watch what I pull off."

They're 'Hanging Tough' -- on the high seas!

Just today, the New Kids on the Block announced (via People.com) a concert cruise that will travel from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. to the Bahamas.

From May 15-18, NKOTB will play special performances and meet with fans. Joey McIntyre sums up the experience by saying, "We're not going to be drinking pina coladas, we'll be serving them!"

It's a Girl for Alison Sweeney!

The Biggest Loser host Alison Sweeney just gained a daughter.

At 12 minutes to midnight on Monday, Sweeney gave birth to a 6 lb.- 7 oz. baby girl named Megan Hope Sanov.

"Both mommy and baby – and daddy, too – are doing well," says her rep, Carrie Simons.

Sweeney continued working as host of The Biggest Loser until the very end. "She's still in hair and makeup from her day on the set!" her rep reports. "It was a very easy delivery, and everybody is great."

Sweeney, 31, who also has a 3-year-old son, Ben, with her husband, Dave Sanov, confirmed the pregnancy last June. Shortly after that, she said, "The whole experience of having a little girl, I'd love that."

Gossip's Blake Lively: Girls Used to "Make Fun of My Clothes"

Blake Lively says girls aren't only catty on her hit CW show Gossip Girl - they're mean in real life, too.

In February's Vogue, she recalls entering a private school in Los Angeles in second grade.

"It was the only school where people were just downright mean to me," she says. "They would make fun of my clothes."

Lively says her love of offbeat fashion came from her mother, Georgia, who'd often take her to boutiques and vintage stores and tailor adult clothes to fit her.

"She just did that because she was so creative and because she didn't want me to be dressed in big T-shirts cinched with a plastic clip like all the rest of the kids," says the actress.

She now thanks the Gossip Girl wardrobe crew for honing her fashion sense.

"The more they work with me and see my style, and the more I learn about fashion, the more input I have," she says. "It's more collaborative now than it was in the beginning because then I had no idea what I was doing."

Of Gossip Girl, she says, "the fashion is just unbelievable. You can watch our show on mute and be entertained."

Lively says she loves her character Serena's NYC look.

"Just being here, walking around, you pick it up really quickly," she says. "In New York, you put on skinny jeans and riding boots and a leather coat and handbag, and you take on that posture and character. It becomes very natural."

Howie Mandel Hospitalized With Irregular Heartbeat

Howie Mandell was hospitalized in Canada with an irregular heartbeat on Monday, his publicist says.

The 53-year-old host of Deal or Not Deal "is in the hospital being monitored for an irregular heartbeat but doctors expect him to be released and back to work tomorrow."

"He did not have a heart attack."

Toronto police Staff Sgt. Devin Kealey told the Canadian Press that officers were called to a downtown hotel with a report of a man with a medical condition shortly after 7 p.m. Monday.

Reporters confirmed the man was Mandel, and said he was conscious and breathing when officers arrived. Family members went with him to St. Michael's Hospital.
