'Twilight' Actor Gives His Casting Wish List

The 'Twilight' sequel 'New Moon' is moving toward production and one cast member has a casting wish for the film.

"I would love to have Dakota Fanning in the movie," Billy Burke, who plays the character of Charlie Swan in the film, told People magazine. "She's one of the most talented young actors that's come around in ages."

Burke plays the father of Kristen Stewart's character, Bella, in the film and can't wait to reunite with his costar when they start shooting the sequel next month in Vancouver.

"We get along in this weird ethereal way that I haven't gotten along with any costar before," Burke told People of the young actress. "She brings something that makes me want to go to work."

'American Idol''s Kris Allen First Interview

America hadn't seen much of Kris Allen when he performed in last Wednesday's "American Idol" competition round, but even though he had been in the background during the elimination process, he still made it through to the Top 12.

Of course, it didn't hurt that judge Simon Cowell commented, "I think the chicks are really going to dig you."

"I'm not going to lie. You know it probably helped," admits Kris, who went to the audition because his brother wanted to try out. He also says he was really shocked when he heard his name called.

"Group two was just really, really good and a lot of talented people. I felt like anybody had a shot, so I felt really, really lucky to actually make it through with all those other people," he says.
Kris, of course, performed Michael Jackson's "Man in the Mirror," and was a little concerned because just the week before, judge Paula Abdul had commented that singing a Michael Jackson song is like a kiss of death.
"You know it was a little scary, but I was really confident in what I was doing. "I was just really, really happy that I didn't get any comparisons to him, "Kris says. "I didn't want anybody to compare me to Michael Jackson, so I'm glad that I accomplished that."

So what is Kris' plan for the rest of the competition? "I am going to take songs and make them my own. That's all that I think any of us can do," he adds.

Jennifer Aniston: 'There Are No Sides!'

Jennifer Aniston tells ELLE UK magazine she doesn't owe anybody her side of the story regarding her relationships with ex-husband Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

"There are no sides! There is no bad guy and there is no good guy. There are no villains and there is no heroine in this story. It's just not the case," the actress tells the publication.

She continues, "I remind myself every day that I am lucky. Look what's out there. Look what people are really living through. There's no comparison. I am happy."

Jennifer recently presented the animation Oscars alongside Jack Black while cameras cut to Brad and Angelina in the audience.

Chris Brown and Rihanna Leave Miami, Arrive in L.A.

Chris Brown's reconciliation weekend with Rihanna in Miami has come to an end.

The troubled 19-year-old singer was photographed arriving on a private jet in Los Angeles. Rihanna, 21, was also photographed in L.A.

On Friday, Brown and Rihanna - whom he allegedly assaulted Feb. 8 in Los Angeles - have gotten back together.

They were staying at a house owned by Sean "Diddy" Combs on Star Island near Miami, Fla.

Though Rihanna wasn't photographed, Brown was spotted over the weekend, smiling, riding a jet ski and flexing his arm muscles. Despite reports, he did not party with Khloe Kardashian and Reggie Bush Saturday night at the Gansevoort South Hotel.

Rihanna's father, Ronald Fenty, said he supported his daughter's decision to get back together with Brown.

"I love my daughter with whatever road she takes. I'm behind her win or lose," he said. "I will be supportive."

Brown is scheduled to be arraigned in Los Angeles on Thursday for his altercation with Rihanna.
