A Divorce for Deb

E! television host Debbie Matenopoulos's husband has filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, Los Angeles court papers show. Jay Faires, a music executive, is requesting that the court not award Matenopoulos spousal support. He indicated their property rights are to be determined. The couple married in July 2003 and separated in March 2008, according to documents filed Wednesday. They had no children together. Matenopoulos, 33, a former co-host on The View, is a two-time Emmy nominee and current host of E!'s Daily 10.

Kim Kardashian Plays Herself On HIMYM

Kim Kardashian didn't have to act too hard while filming her guest spot on How I Met Your Mother. "I played the role of...(wait for it)...myself!" the reality star, 28, blogged Friday. Adds Kardashian, who was voted off Dancing With the Stars this season: "Everyone on the set was extremely kind and so fun to work with! Bob Saget, who is the show's narrator, and cast member Jason Segel were there as well as my own mother, who everyone got to meet. Ha!" So what happens on the show? "I am on the cover of a weekly magazine and I come to life," she added. "I had to film it all on a green screen." Kardashian says she's just getting started acting. "I really had a great time and hope this opens up other opportunities for me in the acting world," she writes.

Kim's episode will air in January.

OPRAH WINFREY'S Montecito Estate--Not Affected So Far

Oprah Winfrey's Montecito estate is not in immediate danger, at least so far.
Her 45-acre estate (which is about three miles from the center of the fire) has not been evacuated, but as one person on scene said, "No one in the area is safe." We're told Winfrey is not in Montecito -- she's in Chicago, taping her show. Her peeps at Harpo say, "At this point, Oprah Winfrey's property has not been affected by the fire."Also, Rob Lowe's estate is safe, so far. There are scores of celebs who live in that area and the fate of their homes is unknown. As one person on scene put it, "When daylight hits, this story is going to get a lot worse."
