SNL's Fred Armisen Engaged To Mad Men's Elizabeth Moss

Fred Armisen impersonates President Barack Obama on Saturday Night Live. Elisabeth Moss played Zoey, the daughter of fictional president Josiah Bartlet (Martin Sheen), on The West Wing, and is now one of the stars of Mad Men.

And now Elisabeth, 26, and Fred, 42, are engaged.

Elisabeth told usaweekend.com, "It happened just a few days ago ... It's private, so I don't want to share the details of how it happened, but I will say it was perfect."

The two had kept their relationship way below the radar until last weekend, when a New York Times story on Jan. 18 described Fred's visit to Broadway's Ethel Barrymore Theatre — where Elisabeth is starring in David Mamet's Speed-the-Plow — so he could play the Xbox video game Rock Band with the show's cast and crew.

In the Times story, Fred refers to Elisabeth as "my girlfriend, Lizzie."

Details Of Amy Poehler's New Show Revealed

Amy Poehler fans, set your DVRs for April 9: The former Saturday Night Live star has a new show, Public Service, set to air at 8:30 on NBC.

The new series was originally slated to debut after the Super Bowl, but Amy's pregnancy pushed the start date back a few months.

Amy will play a mid-level local government official – we're thinking a Michael Scott-esque public servant – and will be starring with The Office alum Rashida Jones, as well as Aziz Ansari.

Although Public Service is the brainchild of Greg Daniels and Michael Schur, both of whom worked on The Office, the twosome insist it's not a spinoff.

"I'd like to take this opportunity to issue a public invitation to the Obamas that if their daughters would like a private tour of the Harry Potter set, I would be honored to be their personal tour guide," he said in an interview with The Daily Beast.

But he may have to wait. The girls have already been invited to the set of Hannah Montana, and the Jonas Brothers turned up to surprise them at the end of an inauguration-day White House scavenger hunt.

With Brad And Angelina Nominated, Jennifer Aniston May Present At Oscars

According to sources, Jen has been asked to present at the Oscars, which is Brad and Angie's big night as they're both nominees (for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Changeling).

Not only was Jen in the hugely grossing Marley & Me, but she also has to promote her next film, the star-studded He’s Just Not That Into You.

"She was a good girl and pulled back during the Golden Globes even though she had the hottest movie out," says a friend. Now with HJNTIY coming out Feb. 6, which is expected to be a huge hit, she'll be even more red hot on Oscar night, Feb. 22.

"The movie will likely still be near the top of the box office," says the friend. "Jen will own the night. Brad and Angie might be nominated, but Los Angeles is Jen's town."

And if that weren't enough to steal the spotlight from Brangie, Jen also plans to bring an extra-special publicity-grabbing accessory: her boyfriend John Mayer. In fact, it was he who encouraged her to accept the offer to present, according to an insider close to John.
