Prosecutors allege William "Flex" Balfour killed Jennifer Hudson's brother, mother and nephew because he was angry that his estranged wife was dating other men.At a hearing Wednesday, prosecutors claimed Balfour came to the family's home the morning of the Oct. 24 murders and confronted his estranged wife Julia Hudson, The Associated Press reports.
Balfour and Julia Hudson left together but Balfour returned to the home; the bodies of Hudson's mother and brother were found there later that day. The body of Julia Hudson's 7-year-old son, Julian, was found in an SUV three days later.
