Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are expecting their second child together — Joel announced the baby news on his blog Saturday night saying, "What's better than winning an Oscar? I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family."In the Jan. 12 issue of Star, it was reported that reformed party girl Nicole had been taking vitamins, eating healthy and designing trendy maternity wear for her second pregnancy.
Nicole and Joel went through a "rough patch, but now things are amazing between them," a source told Star at the time. "Nicole knows it's because they're both so happy with Harlow, and she truly believes another baby will double their commitment.
