On Gossip Girl, Matthew Settle plays Rufus, one of the coolest dads on TV. Now he gets to be one in real life too!Settle, 39, and his wife, actress Naama Nativ, 25, celebrated the birth of an 8 lbs., 11 oz. daughter this afternoon. Her name? Aven Angelica.
