Captain Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger, the hero pilot of Flight 1549 that safely landed on the Hudson last month, will sit down with CBS' Katie Couric at his California home for his TV first interview since the water landing that has been labeled a miracle.
Sully is credited with saving the lives of 155 passengers and describes to Couric in detail the extraordinary landing after the plane collided with a flock of geese.
Couric will also be hearing from the crew on board the plane to get their thoughts and emotions on the landing.
The interview is scheduled to broadcast on "60 Minutes" Sunday, Feb. 8 at 7:00 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
